An elderly patient needed a heart transplant and discussed his options with his consultant.

He said, “We‘ve three donors. One is a young, healthy athlete. The second is a middle–aged businessman who never drank or smoked, and the third is a lawyer of 30 years.“

“I’ll take the lawyer’s heart,“ said the patient.

“Why?”

“It’s never been used.’“
