A hunter was confronted by a huge bear. All of his attempts to shoot the bear were unsuccessful. Then he turned and ran and ran and ran and ran until he came to the edge of a steep cliff. Seeing he was cornered he got down on his knees, opened his arms, and prayed out loud,

“Dear God! Please make this bear religious!”

The skies darkened and there was bolts of lightning. The charging bear came to an abrupt stop and looked round obviously confused. The bear looked into the sky and said,

“Thank you, God, for what I’m about to receive…”
