Cooking for Slackers: Egg fried chips

Ingredients:

One medium sized potato

One egg

Technique:

Peel potato and thinly slice it – as near translucent as possible

Cover frying pan with oil and heat strongly

Flip slices as they go brown and crisp

Whisk egg into an even liquid – you might want to use a splash of milk to help

Get fried potatoes out of pan and dip into egg – both sides

Quickly back into frying pan – frying both sides

Any egg that’s left over just pour into pan

Outcome:

A plate of delicious eggy chips

Finally:

If you think broccoli will improve this snack take an aspirin and lay down until the idea passes.
