Slackers have a rich and varied diet but it is fattening. As a consequence, due to social pressure, many feel the necessity to diet. But most, if not all, diets involve effort and pain. Who wants to Suffer! Absolutely no-one and therefore diets fail. And that is why hospitals are stuffed full of people having operations to do what diets should do.
Dieting for Slackers is a new way forward. Effortless and Painless. By *Effortless* it doesn’t mean that you do ‘nothing’. It means that you do next to nothing. The two phases here are stupid simple. One is self-explanatory and the other means that now and then you walk up stairs or park in a remote part of the car park creating a walk. Ambitious people might buy a FitBit watch but that is for fanatics.
