Paradoxical Randomness

The man with no shoes is silenced
By seeing a man without feet

The woman’s anger with her child is silenced
By a woman’s infertility

The child’s noisy self-importance is silenced
By a child’s imprisoning debility

Our clamouring grasping world is silenced
By the Tsunami exposing our fragility
